This is almost not worth trying to farm mats for titans pots. There are too many ways to get these pots without the profession. They come in box of mysteries and you can vote for titans flasks. If you want it to just have it, that's fine but if you're planning on actually making/selling Titans you'll be disappointed.

Making one titans takes like an hour to farm? maybe close to? In that same hour you could run cursed island 3-4+ times for 3000g+ easy. Unless titans flasks were worth 2000g each...lol I wouldn't even worry bout it.

To answer your question: Yes it is. How I used to solo as a Warlock (SM/RUIN spec).
1. Clear path to boss
2. Get out VW
3. Send VW to pack of 3.
4. While it's coming to you, get a Soulfire going (idea is to hit it after pet aggros
5. Get 1 shadowbolt out, then start running
6. As you run away, 3 dot boss
7. As boss nears you, Sac VW and keep running (ideally before boss can daze you for first time)
8. You will get dazed. Hit a Shadowburn and any Nightfall procs but keep kiting.

Usually enough to kill boss, depending on gear you'll be close.
----------------------
1. If you have free action pots, you can be more clever in bouncing boss at start, getting pet dazed first, then kite and sac (more dps, better chance of success).
2. Frozen runs and fire pots are cheap and helpful if you struggle.

Experience: Solo'ing it 10+ times on New Core.
