bannded from the game?

hi . 

today i open game and try to login my mage and it says i'am ban? why i got banned i didn't know and I look up and it says on site reason change_password. Then, after I change password I log in wow end it say I got banned again? 

Is this an error or can i get an unban pls? I didn't use hax or cheating on the server. I just want to play on my mage again thanks.
